As a clinician-owned ABA provider, ICAN-B works with families with children with Autism and related disabilities in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
ICAN-B’s supervision model for mid-tier clinical supervisors (referred to as “case managers” at ICAN-B) provides high-quality, frequent, and diverse BCBA training and supervision while giving case managers the invaluable learning opportunity to work as a clinician in real-time with real clients. ICAN-B case managers complete supervised and concentrated supervised fieldwork hours at no cost.
Candidates with little to no experience in a supervisory role are still encouraged to apply! ICAN-B’s supervision and career development model can be individualized to teammates at every level.

Responsibilities include: (Training and supervision provided):
- Providing in-field supervision to behavior technician
- Providing caregiver training and consultation
- Assessing client skills, behavior excesses, and environmental factors
- Designing programming and behavior plans
- Monitoring and evaluate client progress; adapting intervention plans accordingly
Qualifications:
- 1 years’ experience in the field of ABA
- Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and health screenings, provide/obtain immunization records
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Spanish speaking is a plus (high need)!
