Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Pediatric Speech Therapist at ICAN in Bellevue, WA. As a Pediatric Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to children with developmental challenges, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals to support children's communication skills.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations and knowledge of developmental disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and their families
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and customize treatment plans based on individual needs
- Compassion, empathy, and patience in working with children with communication challenges
