About The Role
The DevOps team at iCapital plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, reliable software delivery. As part of the DevOps team, this individual will be wearing multiple hats in a highly visible role interacting with several external stakeholders within the business. This role assumes a willingness to think like an owner, helping move projects along, provide technical advisory capacities and be pro-active in continually automating and scaling our environment.
Responsibilities
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. About The Role

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ML models.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of ML models in production.
- Write and update self-service tools used internally by developers.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- 6 years of DevOps experience with 4 years of AWS experience
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Gitlab, ArgoCD, Artifactory, etc.)
- GitLab pipeline experience with using components is a plus
- Experience with Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes) in a production environment is required
- Strong Linux OS-level and command-line/scripting knowledge and configuration management principles
- Able to code in Python or Ruby is strongly desired
- Good knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform is strongly desired
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- A desire to share, teach and learn as part of a team
