About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and experienced sales and business development professional to develop iCapital's enterprise presence in the Endowments and Foundations channel. The leader of this team will develop and manage relationships across the Endowments and Foundations landscape and will be instrumental in growing and expanding the company's presence and client base. This individual will drive new business initiatives and lead the development of our GTM strategy. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, prospecting new relationships, crafting compelling pitch decks, developing market analysis and strategy, engaging with potential clients through various channels, negotiating contracts, and leading implementation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise adoption of our technology platform and infrastructure.
- Promote a consultative approach to deepen and expand current relationships and source new relationships across the iCapital platform of offerings.
- Centralize client coverage efforts and ensure team alignment to support client needs.
- Educate clients on the depth of the technology's capabilities and drive new mandates and business activities.
- Create and deliver executive presentations and report on key initiatives and business activity.
- Communicate feedback from clients and prospects to the organization to improve delivery of solutions and improve the overall client experience.
- Conduct platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, manage responses to RFPs, and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams on client launches and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other relationship managers and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development, CRM technology, and marketing.

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $275,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
