About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Relationship Manager Associate to join our International Client Solutions team with a focus on Latin America ("LATAM"). This individual will contribute to the development of new and existing prospects and relationships to support the growth and execution of our Latin American business. The role will focus on maintaining and expanding relationships primarily with banks, independent brokers, dealers, family offices and small institutions across LATAM that are interested in expanding their exposure to both alternative and structured investments. This individual will also work extensively with our partner in the region, Unicorn Strategic Partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead coverage team and Unicorn with pitching new business, including the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RPFs) and presentation of platform demonstrations; Over time develop and manage key relationships.
- Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams and Unicorn to ensure new clients and advisors are properly trained to use the platform and are provided adequate hands-on support during their first trades.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, vet opportunities, and respond appropriately.
- Develop presentations and analysis for internal and external meetings and projects.
- Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research and Fund Management, Product Development, Enterprise Integration Group, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, Technology, Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships.
- Communicate feedback from clients and prospects within the organization to improve delivery of solutions and the overall client experience and enhance competitiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of senior management and board reporting.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
