Icarus Medical Innovations is a medical device start-up in Charlottesville, Virginia looking for a motivated, well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ISR will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers and leads that come to our website, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering customer questions and guiding them through the medical billing and insurance process including prescription forms.
- Keeping up with product and service updates.
- Explaining and demonstrating product features.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM such as Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Exceptional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
