Position Overview :

The primary functions of the Relationship Manager for Multifamily Solar Sales include developing relationships with multifamily property owners and managers to deploy on-site Solar (with Storage and Energy Management) at Multifamily Affordable Housing properties. The RM will be expected to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales activity in Salesforce and to provide direct status updates to ICAST management as needed and requested.

Must Have Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years’ experience selling into the Multifamily Solar market
  • Knowledge of solar project development process

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge of utility rebate programs and federal and local tax credits and incentives
  • Experience selling Energy Storage
  • Knowledge of Energy Financing options such as PPA, PACE, EPC, EaaS
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills
  • Location : Remote in the U.S.A. (close to a major airport)

    Travel : As needed

    Reports to : President & CEO

    Skill Level : Intermediate

    Education : BA in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.

    Areas of Expertise : B2B Solar Sales, PV Solar Sales, Multifamily Solar, Multifamily Affordable Housing

    Compensation : $75K Commission

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Network with owners and managers of MF properties
  • Collect property data to help ICAST engineers develop proposals and estimates
  • Enter all activities into Salesforce
  • Close contracts with MF customers
  • Follow-up with clients to resolve pending issues including requests for data
