The Apprentice Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s Apprenticeship Program, which provides employees with supervised fieldwork experience required for BCBA certification. This role is critical in ensuring that apprentices receive high-quality training, mentorship, and supervision to support their professional development and certification goals. The coordinator facilitates group supervision meetings, provides one-on-one exam preparation, and ensures compliance with BACB credentialing requirements. They also oversee the documentation and progress of apprentices, ensuring that fieldwork experiences align with industry standards and best practices.
Additionally, the Apprentice Program Coordinator collaborates with clinic leaders, operational teams, and university partners—primarily Temple University—to expand and strengthen training pathways for aspiring behavior analysts. They play a key role in developing and maintaining university partnerships, supporting scholarship initiatives, and refining training materials to improve the effectiveness of the program. By working closely with internal stakeholders, the Coordinator ensures that the Apprenticeship Program remains a valuable and compliant avenue for professional growth within the field of ABA.
What You'll Do
- Develop and update training materials for the Apprentice Program.
- Lead group supervision meetings for fieldwork hours.
- Provide 1:1 BCBA exam preparation support.
- Mentor BCBAs on fieldwork supervision.
- Conduct trainings on BACB fieldwork requirements for BCBAs and RBTs.
- Host information sessions on the Apprenticeship and College Scholarship Programs.
- Manage documentation for apprentice supervision and mentorship.
- Monitor trainee progress and review required documentation.
- Assess trainee competencies in BCBA-level tasks.
- Track performance metrics and update program content based on feedback.
- Foster relationships with university partners for ABA graduate programs.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to support apprentices.
- Work with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to advertise and expand the program.
- Collect, analyze, and distribute program data.
