As a Client Coordinator, you’ll establish a rapport and an ongoing relationship with clients and families while guiding them through the onboarding process. While delivering the highest possible excellence in customer service standards, your role will be to clearly outline our services and lead the process after initial admissions phone calls.
What You’ll Do
- Create consistent and efficient schedules for staff and clients.
- Work to make up all missed appointments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families.
- Assist with pay to patient as needed.
- Review client documentation for UR and Billing Purposes.
- Facilitate tours of the facility.
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that will be submitted upon request.
