Are you an experienced SOP content writing professional ready to take your career to the next level with a growing, fast-moving company? We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Content Writer with a proven track record in spearheading cross-departmental training and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting all lines of our business by creating, organizing, and maintaining internal SOPs to ensure universal accessibility and value for our internal teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Identify and communicate needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Conduct skills-gap analyses companywide.
- Select appropriate instructional methods, define timeframes, and prepare / create physical and digital training materials.
- Set learning objectives for each course and determine evaluation criteria.
- Create, test, and review engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, and activities).
- Provide desk-side training and one-on-one tutoring / shadowing to associates.
- Maintain a database of all training materials, ensuring actualization in accordance with industry, software, and departmental changes.
- Gather, organize, and document complex technical content from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, version control, and writing style of documentation.
- Identify, maintain, audit, and create knowledge artifacts with a focus on the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and templates to ensure a consistent approach across all lines of operations.
- Present SOP material in an easily digestible format readily available to all users with accurate and updated information.
