We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves monitoring processes, conducting audits, and implementing improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and evaluate quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Present QA results, trends, and improvement strategies to department heads and executive leaders
- Collaborate with department heads and training team to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff and management on quality assurance processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and quality metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
