You can have an impact on literally thousands of kids with autism who need ABA therapy by training future RBTs at our own ABA Academy of Excellence. Our Regional Training Coordinators are responsible for promoting our culture of growth.
The Regional RBT Training Coordinator is responsible for leading regularly scheduled training for staff and acting as the primary support for newly hired staff training to take the Registered Behavior Technician exam. Additional responsibilities include updating training content, monitoring training content, and developing supplementary training materials.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct new hire onboard training.
- Update assigned training content in coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct comprehensive RBT training curriculum.
- Support newly hired staff using performance-based training and assessment.
- Provide appropriate staff support in studying and registering for the RBT exam.
- Maintain high fidelity with organizational training procedures.
- Assist in the monitoring and tracking of compliance training.
- Assist in the development of a variety of professional development content.
- Support regional precepting program.
