The Senior IT Project Manager oversees the planning and delivery of Engineering and IT projects, ensuring they adhere to business objectives and meet deadlines and budget constraints. A key aspect of the job will be translating business goals into tangible project plans that alignm with organizational targets and stakeholder needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee IT and Engineering projects assigned to the CTO Office, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop agile project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Utilize project management tools / software to track project metrics, milestones, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Represent the CTO in meetings and projects, keeping high standards and ensuring alignment with the business goals.
