Responsibilities
- Provide seamless, professional support to the CEO, handling a variety of personal and business-related tasks.
- Travel alongside the CEO both domestically and internationally, providing personal support during business trips and leisure.
- Provide exceptional silver service during meals, both in the home and when dining out with the CEO or other guests.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, ensuring every detail is taken care of without requiring direction.
- Work in parallel with other assistants to always be aware of the CEO's schedule.
- Be on call for last-minute requests, ensuring availability even during non-standard hours.
- Ensure the CEO’s privacy, confidentiality, and security always.
- Arrange and oversee all aspects of the CEO’s travel, preparing his hotel stay and airplane cabin according to his needs.
- Accompany the CEO on private jets, yachts, and boats, ensuring all travel details are perfectly arranged.
- Pack and unpack the CEO’s luggage, ensuring all clothing and personal items are properly cared for.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and orderliness of all CEO rooms, offices, closets, etc.
- On occasion, you may be required to arrive before the CEO to ensure that all arrangements are made and everything is in place before his arrival.
- Maintain flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to the CEO’s needs.
- Work long hours with flexibility to accommodate the CEO’s unpredictable schedule, ensuring all needs are met at any time of day or night.
- Occasionally be required to live on-site or stay at various properties (both domestic and international), with the potential for a live-in arrangement.
Qualifications
- Formal butler training from an accredited institution
- Extensive experience in a high-end personal service role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working for executives, celebrities, or in luxury hotels.
- Exceptional knowledge of silver service, table setting, and etiquette.
- Proficiency in managing complex travel logistics, including domestic and international arrangements.
- Ability to anticipate needs and handle requests with precision, discretion, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Flexible, with the ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive in various countries (if necessary).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion in all matters.
- Experience with yacht or boat travel (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the situation.
- Physical stamina to assist with packing/unpacking, carrying items, and providing assistance as needed.
