    • The Community Outreach Liaison is responsible for driving community engagement, educating the public about ABA Centers and the services provided, and fostering relationships with referral sources and community stakeholders. This role requires frequent travel to various locations to conduct outreach efforts, attend events, and build partnerships. This position focuses on organizing high-impact, quality events that promote ABA services while maintaining a structured daily schedule emphasizing relationship-building, consistent follow-up, and strategic referrals


Positions’s Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The following are duties and responsibilities that the Community Outreach Liaison shall provide:


  • Community Engagement and Education (30%)
    • Develop and implement targeted education and awareness campaigns about ABA
    • Organize and participate in quality-focused community events such as educational workshops, healthcare expos, and support groups.
    • Serve as an educational resource for community stakeholders, including healthcare providers, schools, and families.
    • Partner with community organizations to distribute educational materials and increase program visibility.
    • Leadership & Team Development




  • Train, mentor, and support a team of Community Outreach Liaisons to enhance their effectiveness in engagement and outreach efforts.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, outreach strategies, and relationship-building techniques.
    • Frequent Travel & On-Site Engagement:
  • Travel extensively within designated regions to establish and maintain community partnerships.
  • Attend and actively participate in community meetings, networking events, and public forums.
  • Serve as a visible representative of the organization at outreach events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
    • Conduct scheduled visits to referral sources, including:
      • Pediatricians’ o?ces
      • Neurologists’ o?ces
      • Speech therapy centers
      • Occupational therapy clinics
      • Play centers
      • Schools and educational institutions
      • Family medicine practices
      • Children’s hospitals and healthcare systems

  • Referral Management and Stakeholder Networking (20%)
    • Conduct 8-10 scheduled site visits per day to referral sources such as healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
    • Log all visits with comprehensive notes in Salesforce, detailing key points of discussion, follow-ups, and next steps.
    • Foster strong, ongoing relationships through regular communication, ensuring the development of trust and service transparency.
    • Engage in meaningful relationship-building conversations during visits to understand referral needs and service improvements.
  • Event Planning and Execution (40%)
    • Plan and execute educational events, focusing on outreach quality rather than
    • Coordinate with community partners to create impactful, information-driven
    • Track event performance and identify key takeaways to adjust future event planning




  • Reporting, Follow-Up, and Post-Communication (10%)
    • Maintain a daily schedule that includes logging referrals, tracking outreach progress, and preparing follow-up communications.
    • Submit detailed weekly reports summarizing visits, event outcomes, and referral generation results.
    • Ensure that all inquiries and referral requests are addressed within 24-48
    • Provide consistent updates to the National Director of Client Growth, including successes, challenges, and suggested action steps.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related ?eld.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare education, or account
  • Proven track record in organizing successful community events focused on education and
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse community
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting performance
  • Pro?ciency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and o?ce productivity software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Reliable personal transportation with valid auto insurance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Comfortable driving long distances to various outreach locations, events, and meetings.
