The Director of Revenue Integrity is responsible for providing leadership, innovation, and oversight across functional areas to improve overall analytic capabilities and scalability. This individual will ensure that data analytics function to produce the data sets required to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives. The Director of Revenue Integrity will develop and plan strategic and quantitative analysis to achieve the organization’s missions and goals.

The Director of Revenue Integrity will develop and plan strategic and quantitative analysis to achieve the organization’s missions and goals.
What You'll Do
- Partner with operational teams to optimize workflow and automate processes.
- Create and implement financial best practices.
- Develop advanced analytic strategies to support a long-range vision that fully engages business unit data assets.
- Define data standards.
- Oversee all reporting and data requirements for each assigned business unit, including various functions for new and existing operations.
- Work with financial teams, including Treasury, Finance, and Accounting, to ensure all criteria and requirements are met.
- Develop and oversee data analysis efforts to produce accurate, efficient, and timely data reporting models, including financial reporting metrics, ad hoc reports, and/or special reports for internal and external meetings.
- Use and maintain data models to forecast strategies and identify gaps to help lead in the company’s future growth opportunities.
- Support the teams in resolving complex technology data and process-based issues, gaps, and risks to be considered when applying for future modeling.
- Conduct key analysis surrounding trends and variances to plan and outline strategies for business operations.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- 10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and operations interface (healthcare setting preferred).
- High-level project and process management using multiple systems.
- Ability to lead a team in delivering timely reporting to Accounting, Operations, and Management.
- Strong analytic skills in using data among various systems to develop roadmaps.
- Strong financial management and reporting skills.
- Deep knowledge of business and financial processes and procedures.
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
- Excellent stakeholder management in overseeing day-to-day analysis and activities.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, non-verbal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with multiple data sets; efficient at pulling relevant data together.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong technical finance and accounting skill set.
- Ability to think independently and work effectively as a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to use discretion with sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
