Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in food management, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Utilize POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and enhance overall guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or casual dining is preferred.
- Strong background in food service operations with knowledge of food management principles.
- Proven skills in staff training and development, fostering a positive team environment.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes to effectively manage stock levels.
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Snoball preparation and service is a plus.
