Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading trials, depositions, and providing hands-on leadership in managing complex personal injury cases. Practice areas include : Premises Liability, Construction Accidents, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip / Fall, Workers Comp, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
Lead and manage trial preparation and presentation, including direct and cross-examinations, opening and closing statements, and witness preparation.
Oversee depositions and manage case strategies from inception through resolution.
Provide expert legal guidance and representation to clients throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
Maintain a thorough understanding of New York personal injury laws and stay up-to-date on legal developments.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law in New York.

At least 3 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation, with a proven track record of handling cases from inception through trial.

Strong deposition and trial experience, with a deep understanding of trial strategy and execution.

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
