Job Summary:
As an IT Manager/Technical Account Manager at ICE Consulting, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while managing their IT needs. You will serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring comprehensive support, and driving client success. Your expertise will help to align our IT services with the client’s business objectives, while also overseeing the performance of internal technical teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- 6-11 years of experience in IT management or a Technical Account Manager role, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of ticketing systems and quotation applications, such as ConnectWise and QuoteWerks.
- Proficient in IT Infrastructure management, systems analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Exceptional skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and general IT tools.
- Outstanding organizational capability with proven ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing high-level customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience with data management, CRM solutions, cloud services, or digital project management.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
