Warehouse Specialist

As a Warehouse Specialist at Ice Cream Factory, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of inventory in our warehouse. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to our continued success.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy items and handle physical tasks regularly
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)

The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, Saturdays and Sundays off. The option of two shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 8-hour shifts, up to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

• Safely loading ice cream orders onto delivery trucks in a timely and efficient manner
• Operating a pallet jack and forklift (prior forklift experience preferred)
• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders or step stools
• Engaging in repetitive motions and movements as part of daily duties.
• Applying basic math skills for inventory management and order fulfillment
• Communicating effectively and clearly with co-workers and management to ensure smooth operations
• Consistently adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant workplace
