We are a fun, fast-paced ice cream distributor that believes in creating a joyful experience for our customers. We offer a wide range of products from multiple manufacturers.
Role Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented sales person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately taking and processing customer orders with a smile. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their experience is the best beyond exceptional. You will be responsible for taking the ice cream orders for our accounts. The majority of these accounts will be convenience stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Accurately record customer orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about our ice cream flavors and special offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Stay up to date with new and existing products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required.
