What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line cook position at Ice House Steaks and Pizza?
Our kitchen not only works their station but works with each other. We are a high volume restaurant and expect your pace to match the demand of our customers. We will teach and train you with experienced staff, however we do expect you to take on learning all aspects of our kitchen from prep to close.
We look for people who are respectful, reliable and fast to learn. We place great importance on speed and presentation all aligning with our consistent high standards that have come to be commonplace.
If you want full time hours you will be prepared to close, work weekends, and learn all positions in our kitchen.
Our minimum wage for 18 years old and up is $15. Our pay scale for the kitchen goes up to $18 with $0.75 raises per each position mastered.
