The primary responsibility of this position will be to generate daily evaluations for residential loans. The candidate will work in a team environment collecting market data, analyzing loan credit and performance and interacting with client base.
Responsibilities
The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 90,300 - 129,100 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.

Responsibilities
- Deriving daily whole loans evaluations.
- Monitoring news and market conditions.
- Obtain market information from existing and acquired contacts.
- Build a close and trusting professional relationship with market participants, clients, and customer service.
- Maintain a well-organized and clearly documented overview of the evaluation process in accordance with the policies and procedures utilized within the evaluations group.
- 2 years residential whole loans experience as a trader, evaluator, credit analyst or cashflow modeler.
- Knowledge of whole loans markets.
- Ability to facilitate market participant relationships.
- Strong understanding of how loans trade in the market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under stringent time constraints, multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Independent self-starter, able to sustain productivity.
- Team player with the willingness to take direction from management.
- Willingness to work the hours necessary to achieve daily objectives.
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree
