ICE Bonds is seeking a talented candidate to join our Middle Office and Clearing team. This role will be multifaceted and provide bandwidth across our operation groups. The qualified candidate will provide operational support to ICE Bonds institutional clients. In addition, this role will support fixed income Purchase and Sales clearing functions.

Job Purpose
ICE Bonds is seeking a talented candidate to join our Middle Office and Clearing team. This role will be multifaceted and provide bandwidth across our operation groups. The qualified candidate will provide operational support to ICE Bonds institutional clients. In addition, this role will support fixed income Purchase and Sales clearing functions.
Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Provide middle office support to ICE Bonds clients
- Process post trade corrections
- Work with clients and counterparties to resolve unmatched and failing trades
- Reconcile average price accounts and firm trading accounts
- Monitor control functions including reconciliations, breaks and daily checks
- Open and maintain client settlement accounts
- Work with trade desks and clients to resolve trade breaks
- Process DTC settlement- Including Fail to Deliver, Fail to receive and Balance orders
- Process cash movements
- Maintain Security Master used by operations team
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Series 7 license required to be obtained.
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to transform general strategic direction into tactical action plans
- Experience utilizing complex analytical techniques within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of developing solutions which have significant, direct business impact
