The coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Recruiting Operations Coordinator is part of our growing global Human Resources team and provides daily support to our global HR and Recruiting teams, company leadership, candidates, and employees. The coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews for the North America region and communicate interview details with candidates and hiring teams
- Assist candidates with travel accommodations using company’s corporate travel platform
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage interview requests and candidate information
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure a seamless interview process
- Provide a high level of customer support to candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Create and maintain up-to-date interview scheduling documentation
- Provide onboarding support as needed
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the HR Recruiting Operations team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to solving problems and improving process
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
- Prior experience scheduling candidate interviews
