WELLNESS COORDINATOR
Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is seeking a Wellness Coordinator for our Tucson, AZ studio. Icebox is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapy. We work with clients that are looking for athletic recovery, wellness, natural pain management and beauty services using cold therapy.
We offer a flexible schedule allowing for great work-life balance. Team members will assist with client reception, introduction to various cold therapies, membership sales, product sales, and studio cleaning.
We prefer work history in the spa/health and wellness industry, and we love fitness instructors! Wellness Coordinators must have retail sales experience and love to be in a membership sales environment. Most importantly, must be OBSESSED with a healthy lifestyle.
Part-time (10-25 hours per week)
Studio is open 7 days/week but closed on major holidays.
Shifts range from 6-8 hours in length. Must be able to work some weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the job in the most trustworthy and respectable way
- Sell the Icebox Product and ensure clients understand the complementary opportunities when coupled with efforts to embrace a healthy lifestyle
- Adopt clients as family members and ensure we treat them as family
- Continuously educate clients on products, services, and memberships while obtaining feedback with each interaction
- Perform client cryotherapy services
- Execute opening and / or closing of studio
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of studio, keep up with laundry
- Handle front desk responsibilities: answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking out clients, and ringing up retail sales
