Position Summary:
As a Brand Representative / Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of Icebreakers Artesian Spring Water. This role involves building strong relationships with retail partners, event organizers, and local businesses, while promoting our brand’s values and increasing product visibility and sales. Ideal for individuals with great people skills, hustle, and a passion for health, community, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation:
- Serve as a positive ambassador of the Icebreakers brand at events, retail locations, and community activations.
- Educate consumers and retail staff on the unique benefits of our artesian spring water.
- Sales & Distribution:
- Identify and approach potential retail partners, gas stations, and local businesses to expand product availability.
- Secure new retail accounts and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper product placement and merchandising.
- Event Engagement:
- Represent Icebreakers at sponsored events, expos, pop-ups, and hydration sponsorships.
- Set up and manage sampling stations, brand booths, and promotional displays.
- Reporting & Strategy:
- Track and report sales activity, leads, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic sales initiatives, promotions, and community outreach.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales experience preferred (retail, B2B, or field sales)
- Comfortable with local travel and working flexible hours
- Self-motivated, professional, and highly reliable
- Passionate about health, wellness, and community impact
- Ability to lift/carry cases of water and promotional materials (up to 35 lbs)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with brand activation or product sampling
- Existing relationships in retail, hospitality, or wellness industries
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Knowledge of the Arizona and Southwest market areas
