What are the responsibilities and job description for the Allocations Clerk & Appointment Scheduler position at IceCap Cold Storage?
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
- Allocate customer product correctly and efficiently within the Warehouse.
- Ability to problem solve, communicate effectively with a Team, and provide warm customer service.
- Proficiently use Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Analyze and review reports in order to allocate customer product and ensure accuracy with inventory.
- Monitor Warehouse inventory levels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure correct order entry.
- Set-up customer appointments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate any changes or requirements needed from the customer to the Shipping & Receiving department and Warehouse Team.
- Take detailed notes in the system to ensure accuracy of all customer needs and charges.
- Assist with ensuring accuracy with billing customers, including communication on any necessary charges.
- Set-up in-bound and out-bound schedule for the day.
- Ensure accuracy in all charges made to the customer.
- Communicate effectively with excellent and warm customer service.
