Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Manage daily operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Customer Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Goals: Drive sales by implementing promotions, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and upselling products.
Product Quality: Ensure that all products are fresh, properly displayed, and adhere to health and safety standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supply costs.
Reporting: Maintain accurate financial and operational records, including sales reports, employee timesheets, and expenses.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a retail, food service, or managerial role is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of basic computer systems, including POS systems, Microsoft Office, or similar.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
