CNC Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for our second shift the hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am

Skills/Requirements:

• Can work Monday to Thursday, 330pm-2am
• 1 years of experience in laser cutting operations
• Can regulate speeds and feeds
• Experience with Boost Programming and/or operating a Trumpf Laser preferred

Job duties:

• Operate laser cutting machinery to cut materials according to job specifications
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting requirements
• Inspect materials before cutting to ensure correct type and dimensions
• Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment for optimal performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Program Laser using Boost

Summary

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge, along with premium skills in CNC programming and GD&T, to ensure high-quality output. Your relevant experience in quality control and materials handling will further enhance our production efficiency. Qualifications

• Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation of CNC lathes
• Knowledge of GD&T and CAM programming
• Ability to work in a manufacturing facility and understand quality control processes
• Basic math skills and experience with hand tools and assembly line work
