ICF is seeking a Manager, Survey Programming with a strong project and people management background, interest in leading and supporting the growth of a dynamic team, demonstrated excellence in customer service and support and a background in survey programming and survey development to join our Research Science, Survey Solutions and Data Modernization Team. If successful, you will support a variety of federal and state government, nonprofit, for-profit, and academic clients such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Cancer Institute, the National Science Foundation, the Internal Revenue Service, multiple state and city health departments, and multiple health nonprofits.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of survey programmers and data managers, coordinating support with project teams, forecasting timelines, budget management and task assignments.

What you'll do :
- Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple concurrent survey programming projects.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and project teams for survey programming, providing excellent service, managing expectations, and producing high quality products.
- Proactively manage a team of programming professionals, ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to define goals, identify opportunities for growth and support development in their careers.
- Assign and oversee survey programming responsibilities.
- Forecast level of effort and project timelines for programming support and projects.
- Contribute programming guidance in support of the web, mail, telephone, in-person, and other data collection and data management activities.
- Develop quality assurance protocols for programming projects and ensure quality for all product deliverables.
- Continuously assess and make recommendations to address any barriers or obstacles to achieving project goals.
- Update leadership on progress as directed and on regular reporting cycles.
