Job Description: ICF is seeking a Business Analyst to work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment in our Growth, Engagement & Insights group.

What you will be doing:
- Reviewing energy efficiency incentive rebate check batches and invoices for accuracy
- Uploading batch updates to data tracking systems to process incentives
- Assist in the daily monitoring of tasks, tickets, invoices, and agreements with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in conducting ad-hoc data analysis using a variety of software tools and prepare reports
- Assist with timely invoicing; coordinate, track, and monitor invoicing process monthly;?assist in producing invoice required supporting documentation
- Assist with research, data gathering and compilation, and documentation as needed
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in (Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or related field)
- 2 years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, technical analyst or related position
- 2 years of demonstrated knowledge?and experience working with?Microsoft Excel?including proficiency in basic formulas, equations, functions, and pivot tables
What we would like you to have:
- Experience/Exposure in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors is a plus
- Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Experience in JIRA
- Experience in Microsoft SSRS
- Must be?flexible?and able?to handle multiple?and shifting?priorities
- Self-disciplined, organized, and internally motivated
- Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :
$64,372.00 - $109,432.00
