Key Responsibilities

• Drive efficient operations of our practice areas, ensuring compliance and cost-effective delivery of our Digital Platforms Team.
• Support, maintain, and elevate ICF's partnership status to the highest levels of our digital partners.
• Work across ICF with corporate support teams on projects that support our Practice Areas.
• Support delivery leaders, understanding their needs and developing solutions to deliver world-class technology delivery capabilities.
• Cultivate the robust ICF community of practice, ensure practitioners stay certified and have career pathways to support their professional careers.
• Support conferences, summits, receptions, and other events that promote growth, support human capital, and relationships with partners.
