In this role, you will work with project managers, technical architects, and clients to help define and organize business and technical requirements for our Salesforce solutions supporting our energy efficiency programs. This involves interviewing stakeholders to help refine and maintain requirements, implementing new features and updates within the Salesforce system, comprehensive testing, keeping product documentation and artifacts up to date, and helping to track and manage project tasks.This is a role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and really dive into the details. Successful candidates will be resourceful, self-motivated, and possess exceptional attention to detail.Candidates should be comfortable working on a software product development team following a agile development methodology. Candidates should appreciate a collaborative environment but be highly independent and driven to follow-up on tasks without prompting.
