Job Description: As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You will work directly with the Office Manager and assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, organization, and account management. Your attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be essential to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to documents.
- Scan and upload documents to our electronic filing system.
- Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage account-related tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role, preferably in utility construction or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, etc.).
- Proficiency in basic clerical tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic account management skills and familiarity with invoicing processes.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
