Job Duties:
- Create Quotations if required for Account Managers.
- Gather structural plans for takeoff packets provided to Estimator / Account Manager.
- Assist in coordinating Pre-Construction project plans for subcontractors.
- Enter Sales Orders into Company software.
- Key all take-off proposal material for each frame start into Company software.
- Key fill in material orders for fulfillment for all service centers.
- Verify Purchase Orders from Builder matches quarterly signed pricing.
- Create Sales Orders for materials being ordered through outside suppliers.
- Create Purchase Orders for Subcontractor labor for framing tasks.
- Enter Change Order requests from subcontractors after receipt of ticket from Field Support staff.
- Enter Customer Variance Purchase Orders in Company software and submit for payment through Builder’s Portal.
