Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support bussing duties as needed, ensuring that dining areas are clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations.
- Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred.
