Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including basic cooking tasks.
- Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment.
- Refill condiments and supplies on tables as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
