Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have experience and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.

Pay: $18.92 - $30.00 per hour
