We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Builder to join our team in Wesley Chapel. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for assisting our Builders in meeting project schedules and managing the building process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Construction Manager in managing and monitoring all phases of construction in new home projects.
- Coordinate on-site construction activities, scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Supervise the work of subcontractors, inspecting their work for quality standards and enforcing safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and resolve quality control issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service and performance.
- Prior experience in home building or a related field is beneficial, but not required.
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
