ICI Metals, Inc., a well-established & growing metals service center based in Strongsville, OH, has a great opportunity for an inside salesperson to join our growing team. We are a supportive, team-focused organization where open communication, respect, and camaraderie are paramount.
Duties include:

- Entering quotes, sales orders and purchase orders
- Sourcing non-stock items
- Maintaining inventory managed accounts
- Expediting orders.
Qualifications:
- A strong focus on providing superior customer service
- Previous sales experience in Metals Distribution or Manufacturing strongly preferred
- Able to juggle and adapt to multiple/changing priorities throughout the day
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook.)
- Strong math skills (a math test is part of the interview process)
- Professional phone & e-mail communication skills - the position involves extensive customer and vendor communication
- Strong organizational skills
