We have immediate hire openings for Junior Program Analyst to join our Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), who wants to grow with the Company. ICI Services is a 100% Employee-Owned small business celebrating our 25th year delivering superior products and responsive services aligned to customers' needs. Our employee-owners include acquisition analysts, financial analysts, engineers, configuration specialists, logisticians, technicians, IT professionals, and ship production specialists providing integral, quality support to multiple Navy organizations. We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. This will be located in Norfolk, VA or Washington, DC .

Security Clearance :

Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position / Job Description : General Tasking Description :

Collect, Review, and Analyze Information : Gather and evaluate information to support Government decision-making.

Develop Solutions to Problems : Identify issues within the organization and develop actionable solutions to address them.

Organizational Understanding : Understand the nature of the organization, including its internal structure and external relationships.

Prepare Reports and Presentations : Prepare detailed written reports and deliver oral presentations of findings and recommendations.

Interview and Observation : Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to gather relevant data.

Support Implementation of Recommendations : Assist in implementing the suggestions made based on analysis and recommendations.

General Logistics Support : Provide programmatic support for goals, objectives, and acquisition strategies through briefings, action tracking and program reviews.

Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on analysis and recommendations.

Experience Requirements

2years of professional experience in program / project management or related fields

Educational & Certification Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
