Security Clearance :
Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Position / Job Description : General Tasking Description :
- Manage Configuration Issues : Responsible for overseeing configuration management for all hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software configurations.
- Collaborate with Configuration Control Board : Work closely with the Configuration Control Board to define and implement procedures for releasing new products throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Change Management Guidance : Provide guidance on change management processes to ensure all changes are systematically approved and documented.
- Product Configuration Management : Oversee product configuration management to maintain the integrity and traceability of configurations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Documentation Control : Ensure all configuration management activities are properly documented and maintained according to organizational standards.
- Lifecycle Management : Implement and manage configuration management processes across the entire product lifecycle, from initial development to final release and maintenance.
- Compliance and Standards : Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations related to configuration management and control.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on configuration management processes and best practices.
