Senior Program Support Analyst - Position Description

We have immediate openings for Senior Program Support Analyst to join our newly awarded Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems Business and Financial Management Support (PEO IWS BFM) contract supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).We are looking for individuals who want to grow with the Company and this 5-year contract.This position is located in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance

• Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist the government in drafting procurement-related documents in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and DOD 5000 Requirements.
• Support the government to reconcile contracts, contract modifications, change orders, procurement requests, and financial data for use in leadership decision meetings.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to mitigate and support existing business practices in the managing of the contract.
• Participate in program reviews and maintain knowledge of technical and programmatic elements that impact program budgets.
• Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests (PRs), Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters and Technical Instructions.
• Enter PR data into applicable approved DoN, NAVSEA or PEO IWS systems.
• Track program obligations, expenditures, and deliverables.
• Provide reports from Navy ERP and electronic data warehouse (EDW).
• Support development and generation of metrics to measure business financial operations.
• Mentor and develop Junior and Mid personnel.
  
  
  

Experiences

• Experience with N-ERP is a plus.
• 8 years’ experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and DOD 5000 Requirements.
• 8 years of experience using Microsoft Office 365 at a high level is required.
• 8 years of providing program support to a Navy Program is required.
  
  
  

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field.
