Overview
Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the incumbent consults Chef for the smooth operation of the Main Kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
- Advises the Executive Chef regarding ways to keep waste at a minimum.
- Reviews the schedules prepared by the Sous Chef to ensure staff is operating at peak efficiency.
- Ensures that the standards and procedures set forth by the Executive Chef are observed.
- Ensures that all food is prepared to operational standards.
- Implements and maintains sanitation requirements as set by all government health agencies.
- Evaluates all food personnel in order of responsibility in accordance with personnel guidelines.
- Coordinates line employees daily requirements as well as employee's needs to perform task.
- Promotes positive customer relations; handles customer complaints.
- Promotes positive public / employee relations at all times.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Culinary Arts degree preferred with three (3) to five (5) years of food production experience preferred.
