Overview
Under the supervision of the Director – Talent Management, the Manager – Talent Management will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support across multiple properties and global locations. This role will focus on support for new property openings and expansions and performance management.
Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
Talent Management :
Support the management of talent pipelines by sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for new or expanding properties.
Support at community outreach events, such as job fairs, career workshops, and networking events
Support the team member performance review process
Assist in the Talent Review process across multiple properties
HR Advisory :
Provide strategic HR advice and counsel to business leaders on a variety of issues, including performance management and recruiting.
Provide support for HR initiatives and projects, such as talent management programs.
Oversee the processing of HR-related invoices
Establish and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms
Qualifications
Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
