JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
The Slot Casino Service Rep. is responsible for circulating throughout assigned casino areas and serving guests on the Slot Machines. They will assist all guests with rules of the game, have proactive conversations, and circulate the casino floor.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions, and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers
- Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures
- Accurately performs customer transactions
- Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel
- Promotes the Club Card Program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program information to customers
- Accurately maintains money flow during shift with customers and employees
- Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed
