As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at iCleanse, you will be the visionary leader responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating operations. This includes designing and executing comprehensive strategies across sales, marketing, and business development within the retail media network and DOOH sectors. You will build and scale our sales organization from the ground up, plan and forecast budgets, and drive innovative revenue streams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, proficient in HubSpot, adept at multitasking, and skilled in creating engaging presentations. A willingness to travel to trade shows, client meetings, and distributor engagements is essential. Above all, you must be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, high-energy environment.
- Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that integrates sales, marketing, and business development efforts.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new revenue opportunities within the retail media network and DOOH industry.
- Oversee the full revenue cycle—from initial prospecting to deal closure—ensuring a robust and sustainable pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue initiatives with overall brand engagement and growth objectives.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive financial performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize resource allocation, and enhance profitability.
- Regularly report on revenue performance and market trends to executive leadership.
- Sales Organization Development
- Build and scale a high-performing sales organization from the ground up.
- Design and implement effective sales processes, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of top-tier sales professionals.
- Market Engagement & Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key brands, retail partners, agencies, and distributors.
- Act as the primary ambassador for iCleanse at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Leverage customer feedback and market insights to continuously refine engagement strategies.
- Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Utilize HubSpot CRM and other analytics tools to track sales activities, analyze performance, and drive actionable insights.
- Create engaging presentations and sales materials that clearly communicate our value propositions.
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Travel as needed to support trade shows, client engagements, and distributor collaborations.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in revenue leadership roles, preferably within digital advertising, retail media, or DOOH.
- Proven track record in building and scaling sales organizations, managing large budgets, and driving substantial revenue growth.
