- Enforce and uphold ICM's standards of high-quality work and a strong safety-driven culture on-site
- Understand and manage the contract, budget, and ensure proper resource allocation
- Manage and lead 10 trade partners to ensure all tasks are completed according to project specifications
- Represent the ICM brand and values in all interactions with clients, trade partners, and site personnel
- 10 years of Commercial Construction Experience Preferred
- 3 years of Superintendent experience
- Passionate about lean construction
