ICM Controls is seeking an outstanding custodian for our 1st shift!
Purpose: Contributes to plant productivity and safety by ensure building and facility is kept in a clean and orderly condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service, clean and ensure common areas such as bathrooms, cafeteria and kitchenette are adequately stocked.
- Gather and empty trash throughout entire facility.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming.
- Prepare cleaning solutions in containers and power equipment, according to specifications.
- Notify Manager concerning need for repairs to the facility.
- Clean windows and glass throughout entire facility.
- Performs preventative maintenance and special projects as assigned.
HIRING REQUISITES
Education: High school graduate or equivalent required
Experience:6 months preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
